IT & ERP Executive/Manager

Job Description: [17:03, 26/06/2026] Vivek Turakhia: Job Summary We are looking for an experienced IT & ERP Manager to oversee the organizations ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics) and manage all IT-related operations, including software, hardware, infrastructure, and user support. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth ERP functionality, system security, process optimization, and alignment of IT systems with business goals. Key Responsibilities ERP Management (Microsoft Dynamics) Manage, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics ERP (Business Central / NAV / AX as applicable) Oversee ERP implementation, customization, upgrades, and integrations Coordinate with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders Ensure data accuracy, system availability, and optimal performance Train users and prepare ERP documentation and SOPs IT Infrastructure & Operations Manage overall IT infrastructure including servers, networks, laptops, printers, and peripherals Oversee hardware procurement, installation, maintenance, and lifecycle management Ensure smooth functioning of operating systems, email systems, backups, and security tools Monitor system performance, uptime, and cybersecurity risks Software & Applications Manage business software including ERP, CRM, accounting tools, HRMS, and productivity tools Evaluate and implement new software solutions as per business requirements Ensure license compliance and software updates Security & Compliance Implement IT security policies, data protection, and access controls Manage data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system audits Ensure compliance with internal IT policies and regulatory requirements Team & Vendor Coordination Coordinate with internal users for IT support and troubleshooting Manage external IT vendors, AMC partners, and service providers Act as the single point of contact for all IT and ERP-related matters [17:03, 26/06/2026] Vivek Turakhia: Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing / trading / distribution industry (if applicable) ERP certifications (Microsoft Dynamics) * Experience managing IT teams or multiple locations .
