Job Description: Job Title: Product Manager Electronics & AI-Driven Software Systems Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and technically adept Product Manager to lead the development and lifecycle management of hardware-software integrated products involving electronics, embedded systems, and AI-driven applications. This role is responsible for defining product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of innovative tech solutions. Key Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch and post-release optimization. Define product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and go-to-market strategies. Work closely with hardware and software engineering teams, data scientists, and designers to build integrated solutions. Translate market and customer needs into detailed product requirements and technical specifications. Ensure seamless integration of electronics, embedded firmware, and AI/ML models into product architecture. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product direction. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support for product positioning and customer onboarding. Monitor product performance using analytics and customer feedback; drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and certifications. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Embedded Systems, or a related field. 610 years of experience in product management or technical program management, ideally with electronics and AI-driven products. Strong understanding of embedded systems, IoT architectures, edge computing, and AI/ML applications. Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Aha! for roadmap and backlog management. Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to travel occasionally between Kolkata, Lucknow, and client/vendor sites as needed. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have): Exposure to medical devices, industrial automation, robotics, or automotive electronics. Knowledge of regulatory standards such as IEC 60601, ISO 26262, or BIS certifications. Experience with AI/ML productization and edge AI platforms (e.g., NVIDIA Jetson, TensorFlow Lite, etc.). .
