As a UX Designer, your role will involve advocating for users throughout the product management cycle. You will conduct user research, collaborate with the business, present design work, and incorporate feedback to enhance design iterations. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering intuitive user experiences for digital products - Understanding goals, business requirements, constraints, and user needs to define opportunity areas - Conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing feedback to make informed design decisions - Creating user personas, user journeys, and information architecture - Collaborating with various stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-friendly interfaces - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned with design systems - Ensuring design elements adhere to UI/UX best practices, accessibility, and responsive design principles - Iterating on designs based on user testing, analytics, and feedback - Staying updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field - 4+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing user-centric designs - Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and collaborative tools like Miro - Understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork - Experience with user research methods such as surveys, interviews, and usability testing - Strong time management skills to deliver under tight timelines - Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement This role will require you to be 70% focused on UX design and 30% on UI design, with key skill sets including user research and analysis, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, communication, and prioritization.
