Job Title: IWMS System Administrator (TRIRIGA / FM Systems) Location: Bengaluru or Remote (India) Employment Type: Contract / Full time Experience: 5+ Years About the Role We are seeking an experienced IWMS System Administrator with expertise in IBM TRIRIGA and/or FM Systems (OpenBlue) to support the administration, configuration, and optimisation of an enterprise Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS). The ideal candidate will also have working knowledge of AutoCAD to support space management and drawing coordination Key Responsibilities Administer and maintain the IWMS platform, including users, roles, permissions, and security. Configure system settings, business rules, forms, fields, lookups, hierarchies, and workflows. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards based on business requirements. Support space management activities using AutoCAD drawings and floor plans. Troubleshoot system issues, perform configuration changes, and ensure platform stability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to implement enhancements and optimise system performance. Prepare technical documentation and support testing and deployment activities. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience with IWMS platforms - IBM TRIRIGA and/or FM Systems (OpenBlue). Solid hands-on experience administering and configuring IWMS platforms. Experience with workflows, forms, business rules, reporting, user management, and security. Valuable working knowledge of AutoCAD for space and drawing coordination. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice to Have Experience supporting corporate real estate or facilities management environments. Exposure to enterprise system integrations or data migration projects. .
