As a research associate in Data Science at RECODE minds, you will play a crucial role in the development of analytical experiments and models that will impact our products and clients. Your responsibilities will include: - Researching and developing statistical learning models for data analysis - Collaborating with product managers and technical trainers to understand company needs and propose solutions - Keeping abreast of the latest technology trends - Processing, cleansing, and ensuring data integrity for analysis - Conducting ad-hoc analysis and presenting results clearly - Utilizing common data science toolkits like Python, R, Weka, NumPy, and MatLab - Communicating results and ideas effectively to key decision-makers - Implementing new methodologies for specific models or analysis - Optimizing development efforts through proper database use and project design Qualifications for this role include: - A bachelors/master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field - Expertise in Data Analytics with Python, Machine Learning, R, Advanced Machine Learning, and Tableau (optional) - 1-3 years of relevant working experience is also acceptable - This position is open for both internship and full-time roles.
