Position Specifications : Corporate Title Analyst Functional Title Senior Developer Experience 2-4 years Location Mumbai Hiring Manager Satish Krishnamurthy Role & Responsibilities: The role is for driven result - oriented individual contributor who will - 80% Develop end - to - end of new features, enhance ideation platform on features and / or performance, with adherance to best practices of SDLC. Including, but not limited to - - Requirement gathering and feasibility analysis. - Drive closure from stakeholders on requirements and design approach - Develop and deploy to UAT. Work with SMEs on UAT Issues - Ownership of release process from ticket creation to closure - 20% Support the existing version in Prod . The main responsibilities are: - L1 - L3 Support and bug fixing adhering to the internally set SLAs - Deployment, change and release execution - Be able to recommend, influence and implement tactical and strategic solutions as the situation demands. - Own up the support tasks that come up in rotational basis - report generation, release deployment Qualification, Experience & Skills: Technical Skills: - Must have - React Framework / MERN Stack - JavaScript, CSS - Java 1.8, Spring Boot/MVC/Data JPA - Python - REST API - Jenkins, Ansible (CI/CD), JIRA, Nexus Repository - Good to have - ELK Stack - React & Python Testing Lib & frameworks (any) - Exposure to Docker, Nginx Essential - Strong communication skills and analytics - Willingness to learn new skills and research oriented. - Good team player, ability to work on a local, regional and global basis - Ability to drive to succeed and go beyond the extra mile - Financial services industry experience is a Plus - General knowledge/skills: Databases, Excel, PowerPoint - Prior experience with supporting applications through user engagement would be a huge Plus.
