About the role
Role Overview: As an Identity and Access Management professional at our Client, one of the United States' largest insurers, you will be responsible for creating, modifying, and deleting user accounts on mainframe security systems such as RACF. You will collaborate with various teams to define and implement access requirements, enforce security policies, and drive automation of access provisioning processes. Additionally, you will be involved in incident response activities to investigate and remediate access-related incidents and vulnerabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Create, modify, and delete user accounts on mainframe security systems like RACF using administration tools such as Vanguard, zSecure (PowerTech). - Implement and maintain security policies using RACF & Vanguard (zOS), PowerTech (AS400). - Enforce least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC) for access control. - Conduct access reviews and audit activities to ensure compliance and proper authorization. - Work collaboratively with other teams (e.g., security, infrastructure, IT, business stakeholders) to define and implement access requirements. - Drive automation of access provisioning and de-provisioning processes to streamline operations. - Create and maintain documentation for user accounts, access management, policies, and procedures. - Investigate and remediate access-related incidents and vulnerabilities as part of incident response activities. Qualifications Required: - 9 years and above of relevant experience. - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline. - Technical Skills: AS400, MVS/ZoS, CICS, DB2, Intermediate level in RACF, Vanguard, and Powertech. - Fluent English Proficiency.
