IT Operations Executive (Mumbai)

Job Description : Job Title: Production Support /Release Management Location: Mumbai Job Summary Production Support to monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot production systems and applications. The ideal candidate will ensure system stability, minimize downtime, and provide timely resolution to incidents affecting business operations. Key Responsibilities - Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose permanent fixes. - Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QA teams to deploy and support application releases. - After-hours support as part of a rotational schedule. - Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders on incident progress and resolution. - Managing production releases / deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering. - 24 years of experience in application or production support with insurance background is preferred - Experience with databases (SQL, Oracle, MySQL) and ability to write basic queries. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting applications built with Java, .NET, or other enterprise frameworks. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.). - Experience in the Insurance ,financial domain. - Experience in TCS Bancs application .
