Outcome Analyst

As an Outcomes Analyst - Ecosystem Impact at Wadhwani Foundation, your role involves supporting the measurement and improvement of program outcomes across Skilling and Entrepreneurship initiatives in India. You will work closely with Central Program teams and on-ground operators to analyze program performance, generate data-driven insights, and ensure program teams have the intelligence needed to enhance delivery and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze program performance across partners, geographies, and cohorts to identify patterns in outcomes and effectiveness - Identify drivers of success and underperformance in skilling and entrepreneurship ecosystems - Surface early signals on learner progression, partner performance, job placement outcomes, and venture creation - Generate ecosystem intelligence insights to guide program teams on successful interventions - Support the implementation of outcome measurement frameworks and track program KPIs - Monitor participant journeys to ensure accurate tracking of outcomes - Analyze program data to identify bottlenecks and provide operational recommendations - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational realities and improve program effectiveness - Conduct root cause analysis for underperforming partners, geographies, or cohorts - Maintain high data quality standards and ensure compliance with measurement frameworks Required Qualifications: - Bachelors or masters degree in economics, Development Studies, Public Policy, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related fields - 3-5 years of experience in impact measurement, program analytics, or related areas - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability - Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and data visualization tools - Ability to conduct statistical and cohort analysis - Strong collaboration, communication, and attention to detail skills At Wadhwani Foundation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring program outcomes are accurately measured and validated, stakeholders receive timely insights, program challenges are identified early, and data informs program improvements and ecosystem strategy.
