Position UI Designer (Pune)

Digital Products and Experiences We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to lead visual design across high-impact digital products. At Elephant Design, youll shape interfaces that are not only experiential & Engaging but also strategic. Requirements Key Competencies - Bachelors or Masters degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in UI design across digital platforms. Roles & Responsibilities - Lead creation of high-fidelity designs, design systems, and visual guidelines. - Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless implementation. - Mentor junior designers and conduct design reviews. - Drive innovation in visual storytelling, motion design, and brand alignment. - Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across platforms and devices. Requirements and Skills - Mastery of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools. - Solid understanding of design systems, typography, and layout. - Experience with animation tools (Lottie, After Effects, Principle). - Familiarity with front-end technologies for better developer collaboration. - Ability to lead visual strategy and present to stakeholders. .
