About the role
The QA Engineer will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of AI agents through manual and automated testing methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute test cases for AI agent functionality. Develop and maintain automated test scripts. Perform regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects. Validate AI model outputs and agent behaviour. Requirements - Minimum of 8 years of experience in QA - Minimum 2 years of experience in Testing AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI applications. - QA automation using Selenimum, Playwright etc - Playwright experience would be added advantage. - Business Services/Domain Knowledge: Integration with various enterprise systems, managing large datasets, and data processing techniques. - Auditing: Understanding of compliance and security auditing within enterprise systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience in manual and automated testing. Knowledge of QA tools and frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, Postman, etc.). Understanding of AI/ML testing challenges. Familiarity with Azure DevOps Test Plans is a plus. .
