Workday HCM - SA (Noida)

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1700000 - Rs 2700000 (ie INR 17 - 27 LPA) Min Experience: 4 years Location: Bengaluru, NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai JobType: full-time An active Workday HCM certification is required- At least 2 years of Workday implementation experience, with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A minimum of 1 year of Workday Implementation experience. Functional certification in Core HCM along with at least one additional module such as Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Learning, or Benefits. Ability to assist clients in resolving functional issues that demand deep expertise in Workday solutions. Proficient in analyzing business requirements and converting them into effective and efficient application configurations. Familiarity with custom fields, custom reports, matrix reports, and calculated fields. Understanding of Workday Security. Knowledge of various available data sources and their usage. Experience in creating and troubleshooting EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder). Skills Workday Core HCM Certified, with certification in an advanced module (Payroll, Compensation, Advantages, Absence, or Time Tracking) .
