Workday Integration with studio (Bengaluru)

Experience: - 4 -6 years of experience in Workday, with at least one end -to -end implementation (must -have). Technical Skills: - Strong hands -on experience with Workday Integrations, including Connectors, STUDIO (must -have), DT, XML, and XSLT. - Proven ability to develop end -to -end integrations from scratch using STUDIO (must -have). - Expertise in integration security and delivery methods. Business & Functional Skills: - Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations effectively. - Strong problem -solving skills with demonstrated follow -through on assignments and issue resolution. - Experience in identifying, designing, and implementing Workday solutions while aligning with the long -term vision of the product and business needs. - Valuable understanding of the Workday platform, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and generate solutions. - Experience in end -to -end application solution design and implementation of complex business solutions. Additional Skills: - Familiarity with SNOW or similar ticketing tools. - Workday Certification is an added advantage. .
