About the role
Role: ServiceNow ITSM Integration Specialist Client: Fulton Bank Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Chandigarh Role Overview As a ServiceNow ITSM Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust integrations linking ServiceNow IT Service Management workflows with core banking infrastructure, third-party enterprise platforms, and cloud ecosystems. You will focus on building secure, scalable, and API-driven interfaces that maximize process automation. Key Responsibilities Design and build customized integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, Mid Servers, and scripted web services.Configure and enhance core ServiceNow ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog.Collaborate with cross-functional IT infrastructure and security engineering teams to ensure highly secure, data-compliant middleware linkages.Perform data transformations, mapping, and orchestrate complex technical workflows within the ServiceNow ecosystem.Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing transactional flows and integration scripts to minimize operational downtime. Technical Qualifications 6 to 8 years of solid hands-on development experience dedicated to the ServiceNow platform.Proven expertise delivering complex integration solutions between ServiceNow and external enterprise systems.Strong mastery of JavaScript, JSON, XML, Web Services, and Glide API frameworks.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS ITSM) is highly preferred.
