Role - Android Lead Experience - 6 + years Location - Remote What We're Looking For Strong experience in Android development with Kotlin or React Native Skilled at building beautiful frontends using Jetpack Compose (Kotlin) or React Native UI libraries (e.g., React Native Paper, NativeBase) Familiar with data storage and synchronization using Room (Kotlin), SQLite, Firebase, or AsyncStorage (React Native) Knowledge of Android best practices for performance optimization and battery efficiency Passion for creating clean, efficient, and well-documented code Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt quickly to changing requirements Bonus Skills Experience with natural language processing or speech recognition systems Familiarity with TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, and on-device AI Experience with background services, foreground services, and Android app lifecycle management
