Senior Data Architect Databricks (Consulting/Professional Services) Hyderabad | Oniste-Hybrid(Flexible days and working hours) | 6+ Years About the Role We're hiring a Senior Data Architect to lead high-impact customer engagements on Databricks designing reference architectures, driving large-scale data migrations, and guiding strategic clients through end-to-end big data & AI adoption. This is a client-facing consulting role, not a pure back-office data engineering position. What You'll Do Design and build reference architectures, how-to guides, and productionalized customer solutions Scope professional services engagements with engagement managers and customers Lead strategic customers through big data migrations and Databricks adoption, end-to-end Provide escalated technical support for customer operational issues Partner with PMs, architects, and customer teams to deliver against scope Mentor junior data engineers Must-Haves Active Databricks Certification (obtained 2023 or later)6+ years in data engineering/platforms, with strong hands-on Databricks experience Proven large-scale migration experience to/from Databricks Consulting/customer-facing delivery experience across industries Deep Apache Spark expertise, including runtime internals Strong Python or Scala coding ability Working knowledge of 2+ cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), expert in one .
