About the Role We are seeking a skilled System Engineer with strong expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) integrations and backend engineering. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting integrations across RCM workflows such as Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Claims, Billing, Payments, and Accounts Receivable (AR). The ideal candidate should also be capable of building integrations across various business systems, third-party platforms, partner applications, and internal services. Strong Python development experience, cloud deployment expertise, and containerization skills are essential. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain RCM integrations, including: - Eligibility & Benefits Verification (EBV) - Prior Authorization (PA) - Claims Submission & Adjudication - Billing, Payments, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Denials Management - Build and manage system-to-system integrations across multiple domains and platforms. - Develop scalable backend integration services using Python. - Design, build, and consume REST APIs, webhooks, and batch-based integrations. - Integrate internal applications with external platforms, clearinghouses, payer systems, and partner solutions. - Design and optimize SQL database schemas, queries, and integration workflows. - Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data exchange mechanisms. - Containerize applications using Docker and support container-based deployments. - Deploy, configure, and manage applications across AWS and/or Azure environments. - Support microservices-based and event-driven architectures. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and reliability. - Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate workflows into scalable technical solutions. - Maintain technical documentation and adhere to engineering best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications - BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 46 years of experience in backend, system, or integration engineering. - Strong hands-on programming experience in Python (mandatory). - Experience with Healthcare RCM integrations, including Eligibility, Prior Authorization, Claims, Billing, Payments, and AR workflows. - Proven ability to design and implement integrations across multiple platforms and domains. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and data exchange mechanisms. - Solid experience with SQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL) and query optimization. - Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application deployment. - Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS and/or Azure. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices. - Experience with Git, JIRA, and software development lifecycle processes. - Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working with healthcare systems, payer integrations, or clearinghouse platforms. - Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systems. - Knowledge of cloud-native application design and scalability best practices. - Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools.
