About the role
Role - Node.JS Developer Experience - 2-6 yrs Location - Bangalore Job Description What you'll be doing We are much more than our job descriptions, but here is where you will begin: ● Partner with product owners, project managers, and Scrum masters to define, refine, and own technical requirements end-to-end. ● Lead hands-on development in the back-end, setting the technical direction for your squad. ● Drive code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior engineers within the team. ● Own the full software lifecycle — from design and development through deployment, testing, and production stability. ● Collaborate with the DevOps team to champion CI/CD pipelines, release quality, and environment parity across dev to production. ● Deepen and apply modern security principles across application design and implementation. What you'll need Like us, you'll be deeply committed to delivering impactful outcomes for customers. ● 2+ years of proven experience building production-grade, resilient, and scalable systems. ● 2+ years of experience building RESTful web services using NodeJS, with strong architectural instincts. ● 2+ years of experience writing batch/cron jobs using Python and Shell scripting. ● Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript,JSON, and REST-based application design. ● Hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL technologies including MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and similar databases. ● Solid command of Git and branching strategies in collaborative team environments. ● Experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on GCP or AWS, with working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. ● Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, conduct thorough code reviews, and drive engineering quality across the team. ● Comfortable operating within Agile/Scrum frameworks — actively contributing to sprint ceremonies, grooming sessions, and cross-functional planning.
