Role - Node.js Developer Experience - 4-6 yrs Location - Noida Role Overvie wWe are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Enginee r to join our engineering team. In this role, you will design and build high-performance backend systems, optimize data pipelines across SQL and NoSQL databases, and architect Agentic Workflow s to drive automated, AI-driven learning and operational processes . Key Responsibilitie sBackend System Design : Architect, build, and maintain scalable, robust, and low-latency RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.j s .Database Architecture & Optimization : Design and optimize data models across both MongoD B and SQL database s (PostgreSQL/MySQL), ensuring high availability, speed, and query performance .Agentic Workflows & AI Integration : Implement and orchestrate autonomous AI agent workflows (using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom agentic architectures) to automate complex operational and learning tasks .Scalability & Performance : Identify performance bottlenecks, optimize database queries, and ensure seamless handling of high concurrent traffic loads typical of our student base .Collaboration & Code Quality : Participate in code reviews, write clean and unit-tested code, and collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and frontend engineers . Qualifications & Requirement sTotal Experience : 4 years of hands-on software development experience (minimum 2+ years in backend engineering) .Core Tech Stack :Node.js : Deep expertise in building asynchronous microservices, frameworks (Express.js/NestJS), and event-driven architecture .Databases : Strong hands-on experience with both MongoD B (NoSQL modeling, aggregation framework) and SQ L (schema design, indexing, complex query tuning) .Agentic Workflows : Functional experience or active exposure to building LLM-driven agent s, multi-agent coordination, tool-calling, or workflow automation platforms .
