Position: Production Support Engineer (Python Scripting) Location: Bengaluru Job Title: Production Support Engineer (Python Scripting) Location: Bangalore Experience: 1-3 yrs Immediate Joining Qualifications: Proficiency in Python scripting language. Experience with databases such as MongoDB, SQL, and Redshift . Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud infrastructure . Knowledge of automation tools and frameworks . Key Responsibilities: Product Support and Maintenance: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for product-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems. Work with development to create runbooks Scripting and Automation: Develop and maintain scripts using Python or similar scripting languages to automate routine tasks and processes. Implement automation solutions to enhance the efficiency of AWS operations .
