Voice Engineer

About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Senior Software Engineer – Conversational AI to design, build, and optimize AI-powered conversational experiences. You will work on advanced chatbot and voice solutions leveraging cutting-edge NLP, Generative AI, and LLM technologies. This role requires strong backend engineering expertise combined with hands-on experience in AI/ML systems and scalable production architectures. Key Responsibilities Design and develop scalable conversational AI solutions (chatbots and voice bots) Build and optimize NLP pipelines using modern ML techniques Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production systems Work on dialogue management and intent recognition systems Develop APIs and backend services to support AI workflows Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to deliver intelligent user experiences Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of AI systems Participate in architecture discussions and code reviews Required Skills & Qualifications 6+ years of experience in software development Strong proficiency in Python Experience with NLP frameworks and libraries Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, etc.) Experience in building production-grade backend systems Knowledge of REST APIs and microservices architecture Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure preferred) Preferred Skills Experience with conversational AI platforms Knowledge of Generative AI architectures Exposure to speech-to-text / text-to-speech systems Experience working in product-based organizations Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) What We Offer Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI products Fast-paced and innovation-driven environment Strong ownership and impact-driven role Collaborative and high-performing team culture
