About the role
The Ethics & Compliance (E&C;) Data Visualization Expert is responsible for the development of custom data analytic and reporting solutions, including interactive dashboards and infographics, on both desktop and mobile devices. The E&C; Data Visualization Expert will develop custom reports and data visualization products using large datasets, of structured and unstructured data, to transform data into actionable insights through storytelling and other means. This is done through knowing the data and audience; determining the appropriate message to communicate; reducing the data to the essential components, ensuring context; identifying the best means of expression or visualization; designing the display to communicate simply, clearly, and accurately; and suggesting actions in response to the data. The E&C; Data Visualization Expert will need to work collaboratively with the E&C; Data Scientist, the E&C; Data Steward, and other members of the E&C; organization to gather requirements and implement cutting-edge solutions. In addition, feedback will be gathered in an effort to strengthen data integrity, enhance business processes, and improve overall analytic design through insightful analysis. The E&C; Data Visualization Expert will develop and provide training to non-technical, business users on solutions created. .
