Backend Developer (Node.js & MongoDB) Location: Delhi, India Compensation: Up to INR 2,000,000 per annum Department: Engineering Employment Type: Full-Time Experience: 6+ years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer specializing in Node.js and MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable, and high-performance backend systems and APIs. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain backend applications using Node.js frameworks such as Express, NestJS, or Fastify. Develop and optimize MongoDB schemas, indexes, and database performance. Build and maintain RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks through optimization and caching strategies. Implement security best practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms. Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests. Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices. Requirements 6+ years of professional backend development experience using Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript. Strong expertise in MongoDB, including indexing, aggregation pipelines, and performance optimization. Experience with microservices and event-driven architectures. Familiarity with Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
