SR PRODUCT MANAGER AI & HEALTHCARE Senior Product Manager, AI-Native Healthcare Products Location: Hyderabad, India Work Type: Full time | On-site / Hybrid Experience: 48 Years ROLE OVERVIEW Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products. Balance user needs, clinical realities, and AI capabilities. Drive product from discovery to launch, working across engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI healthcare products Own conversational AI and Voice AI product experiences across patient touchpoints Translate customer, clinical, and market needs into well-scoped product requirements Discovery & Delivery Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization grounded in data and research Partner with engineering and design on high-impact, user-centric features Drive product launches end-to-end; own KPIs and success metrics Define success metrics; measure and iterate on outcomes post-launch AI & Healthcare Domain Stay current on AI/LLM capabilities; responsibly apply to healthcare workflows Navigate healthcare compliance (HIPAA, etc.) in product decisions Build AI teammates across scheduling, prior auth, eligibility, and care coordination Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and founders SDLC & Process Drive agile/SDLC practices across the product development lifecycle Coordinate cross-functional teams on prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery REQUIREMENTS 48 years product management; AI/ML or data-driven products preferred Healthcare, digital health, or health-tech domain experience Strong understanding of building with AI/LLM capabilities and limitations Proven track record shipping products concept launch Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization Data-informed decision-making and experimentation Healthcar .
