Job Title: SDET Backend Testing Engineer Experience: 23 Years Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (C2H) 6 Months Location: Hybrid (Bengaluru) Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SDET Backend Testing Engineer with experience in API automation and backend testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of backend services through automated testing and continuous integration practices. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain automated test scripts for backend applications. Perform API testing and validate REST services. Execute test cases, identify defects, and support issue resolution. Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with development and product teams in an Agile workplace. Required Skills: Solid experience in Java, REST Assured, TestNG/JUnit, Postman, SQL, REST APIs, JSON/XML, AWS, Jenkins, Git, Jira, Agile methodologies, Selenium, CI/CD pipelines, Kafka and Cache Memory Positive to Have: Microservices, Kafka, Docker, Swagger/OpenAPI, and JMeter Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 23 years of experience in Backend Testing / SDET roles. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
