As a Senior Node.js Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining backend applications using Node.js. Your responsibilities will include designing, testing, and optimizing backend services to ensure high performance and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable applications aligned with business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and maintain backend applications using Node.js. - Build and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services. - Work on scalable and high-performance backend solutions. - Develop and integrate real-time functionalities using technologies like Socket.IO or WebSockets. - Utilize relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis. - Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services. - Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices. - Collaborate with frontend developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and project stakeholders. - Participate in backend design discussions, code reviews, and technical troubleshooting. - Support application optimization, debugging, and performance improvement activities. - Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code. - Follow coding standards, development guidelines, and project timelines. - Coordinate with deployment and support teams during release activities when required.
