IT Manager - ERP Implementation (Manufacturing)About the Role:Are you an experienced IT leader with a passion for digital transformation in manufacturing We're looking for an IT Manager and ERP Implementation Lead to drive our ERP rollout end-to-end-from strategy and vendor evaluation to go-live and beyond. Reporting directly to the CEO and Group Managing Director, you'll transform our IT systems and elevate our digital brand presence.What You'll Do:Lead ERP Implementation:- Oversee vendor selection, planning, stakeholder coordination, training initiatives, and go-live.Drive Automation & Innovation:- Identify manual workflows ripe for automation. Research and recommend modern hardware and software solutions to increase efficiency.Manage IT Infrastructure:- Handle licensing, telephony, wireless networks; oversee hardware/software procurement, data management, and asset tracking.Ensure Network Security & Support:- Safeguard data integrity with robust backup strategies, security policies, and proactive troubleshooting.Elevate Digital Brand Presence:- Manage corporate social media platforms to boost engagement and brand visibility.Must-Have Qualifications- 12-15 years of progressive experience in IT within manufacturing environments.- Proven track record leading full-cycle ERP implementations.- Deep technical expertise in IT systems, hardware, network administration, and deployments.- Proficiency in identifying and implementing process automation solutions.- Strong experience with network security strategies and disaster recovery plans.- Comfortable managing social media to enhance digital branding and outreach.
