About the role
As a Release Manager/ART Delivery Lead, your role involves driving end-to-end delivery oversight within a business domain. You will be responsible for ensuring that vendor-led Agile Release Trains (ARTs) deliver committed outcomes predictably, with quality, and aligned to enterprise standards. Key Responsibilities: - Drive delivery of PI objectives, sprint commitments, and key milestones - Monitor execution progress and improve delivery predictability and flow - Manage risks, issues, and escalations proactively - Ensure UAT readiness and high-quality releases - Coordinate dependencies across IT and business functions - Partner closely with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams What Were Looking For: - Strong experience in Agile/SAFe delivery environments - Experience leading vendor-driven delivery programs or ARTs - Strong understanding of PI planning, release management, and execution oversight - Excellent communication and leadership skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply on the job post or send your most updated CV to hrajendran@redglobal.com.
