As a SAC Consultant, your role will involve designing and developing analytic applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere. Your primary focus will be on creating KPI and analytical models to support strategic business initiatives. Key responsibilities include: - Building interactive dashboards and KPI applications in SAC for both import and live scenarios, utilizing data sourced from SAP Datasphere and other platforms. - Creating scalable, secure, and governed data models in SAP Datasphere to support advanced analytics and reporting use cases. - Integrating SAC dashboards seamlessly with SAP Datasphere datasets to ensure up-to-date and consistent analytics for end users. - Utilizing predictive scenarios, R-visualizations, and external libraries to enhance user experiences in both SAC and Datasphere environments. - Optimizing dashboard and application performance across SAC and Datasphere, providing recommendations for enhancements and identifying bottlenecks. - Developing and documenting Business Objects Universes, reports, and dashboards in alignment with enterprise data standards. - Connecting, modeling, and harmonizing data from SAP and non-SAP sources in Datasphere to facilitate cross-system analytics through SAC. - Designing comprehensive reports with multiple tabs, queries, visualizations, and drill-down capabilities tailored to business requirements. - Applying best practices in data visualization and user experience to improve accessibility and adoption of solutions built on SAC and Datasphere. - Demonstrating expertise in data integration, connectivity, and modeling across SAC, Datasphere, and other data platforms. - Addressing technical challenges with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous performance improvement. - Providing technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to team members to foster knowledge growth in SAC and Datasphere technologies. - Establishing and maintaining best practices for software quality, documentation, and project delivery within agile and scrum frameworks. - Customizing SAC applications using scripting languages (such as JavaScript) and leveraging advanced features in Datasphere for data orchestration and automation. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to contribute to solution design and integration of SAC and Datasphere in end-to-end business processes.
