Business System Analyst - SQL

As a Business Systems Analyst at Red Hat Training and Certification Global Delivery Team, your role will be focused on driving insights and strategy through data analysis. You will be responsible for creating advanced dashboards, monitoring lab consumption across multiple clouds, and providing data-driven insights to shape critical business decisions. Here is what you will do: - Extract, clean, and organize data from databases, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and related platforms - Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators - Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improving training content and delivery - Collaborate with program managers, delivery managers, and other stakeholders to understand data and reporting needs - Document data processes and ensure high standards of data quality and consistency - Assist with survey analysis and interpretation of learner feedback - Respond to ad hoc data requests and support special projects as needed - Use data insights to support ongoing improvements to training programs In order to excel in this role, you should bring the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets - Experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI - Familiarity with programming languages like Python, R, or similar is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail - Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences - Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment About Red Hat: Red Hat's culture is built on the open-source principles of transparency, collaboration, and inclusion.
