About the Job: What will you do Customer Advocacy and Relationship Building- Serve as a trusted advisor for key customers, identifying use cases for hybrid and multi-cloud platforms including AI-driven infrastructure Understand customer business and technical challenges, advocating for solutions that align with Red Hats offerings and emerging technologies.- Partner with customers in critical infrastructure sectors to address challenges and implement scalable solutions aligned with Red Hats offerings.- Act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, including IT and business leaders, enabling long-term strategic relationships. Hybrid and Multi-Cloud Platform Advocacy- Define and implement multi-cloud strategies and platform architectures that leverage best-in-class practices such as Infrastructure-as-Code, DevOps, and GitOps.- Design scalable hybrid cloud solutions leveraging Kubernetes, containerization and other cloud-native computing technologies.- Lead initiatives to develop repeatable architecture patterns for multi-cloud deployments, fostering operational consistency and efficiency. AI Infrastructure and Platform Enablement- Architect and implement AI-ready platforms, including MLOps pipelines, data management, and GPU-enabled infrastructures.- Collaborate with customers to deploy AI solutions across hybrid and multi-cloud environments, ensuring performance and compliance in critical infrastructure settings.- Provide technical leadership on AI model deployment, training workflows, and data governance in distributed systems. Thought Leadership- Represent Red Hat at technical events, industry forums, and conferences in India and globally, showcasing expertise in multi-cloud, AI, and infrastructure Publish thought leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, and case studies on multi-cloud and AI-focused solutions.- Actively engage with national and international critical infrastructure communities to share insight .
