About the role
ITAM Technical Architect REDE Consulting is looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITAM CMDB Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable end-to-end solutions with a primary focus on ITAM Compliance ITSM and Integration The role requires hands-on architectural leadership close collaboration with business stakeholders and guidance for development teams The ideal candidate will ensure the delivery of secure technically feasible solutions that meet business needs while aligning with industry standards and platform best practices Key Responsibilities - Design and architect comprehensive ServiceNow solutions specializing in ITAM SAM HAM Compliance Integration Operate within a Domain Separation setup maintaining secure and segregated workflows Provide architectural oversight and technical guidance to development teams Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to capture requirements and design scalable sustainable solutions Define and drive integration strategies and platform-level improvements Participate actively in Agile Scrum processes including story creation sprint planning and backlog management Apply expertise across ITAM Compliance ITSM and Integration modules Strong grasp of ServiceNow design patterns and best practices Qualifications Qualifications - 8 years of overall IT experience including strong exposure to ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect with expertise in ITAM ITSM Compliance Integration modules Strong understanding of domain separation data security and scalable architecture Ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with business stakeholders Hands-on experience with integration strategies and ServiceNow platform enhancements Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and project delivery models Soft Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities Leadership qualities with a team-oriented mindset Adaptable proactive and committed to delivering high-quality solutions Additional Information Location India Pune or Ahmedabad USA-Remote Why Join REDE Join a fast-growing ServiceNow-focused firm with a solid presence in the USA EU and India Work on high-impact projects with Fortune 500 companies Be part of a Center of Excellence CoE for ServiceNow IRMGRC ITAM and ITOM If you re a self-starter who thrives in hunting and building pipelines we want to hear from you Apply now Send your updated resume to hr at rede-consulting com At REDE Consulting we don t just build solutions we build careers Come be a part of something elite .
