Technical Program Manager

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive software product development initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role requires a balance of technical understanding and program management excellence to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of software product development programs. Collaborate with engineering, product, and TPM teams to align on scope, timelines, and deliverables. Balance technical depth (understanding engineering concepts, design discussions, trade-offs) with program management skills (coordination, stakeholder alignment, risk management). Track progress, resolve dependencies, and ensure timely program execution. Drive the adoption of Agile and SDLC methodologies across teams. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications Must Have: 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a software development company. Strong knowledge of program management practices with a proven ability to lead and deliver complex projects. Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Gantt charts. Nice to Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.), or prior software product development experience. Experience in data & analytics software development. Experience with Project Management tools like Smartsheet Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working on AI-driven solutions.
