Sr. System Test Engineer PLC & Motion Control Location: Pune (Near Sangamwadi) Work Mode: Hybrid (4 Days Work from Office, 1 Day WFH) Experience: 610 Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, Mechatronics or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics About the Role We are looking for an experienced Sr. System Test Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in PLC programming, motion control, servo drives, VFDs, and industrial automation systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, testing, commissioning, and validating complete machine automation systems. Key Responsibilities Design and execute system tests for complete industrial automation systems.Develop, analyze, and validate PLC programs based on project requirements.Test motion control and robotics-related PLC function blocks before product release.Perform Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).Configure, commission, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.Follow defined testing processes and quality standards.Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.Mandatory Skills Minimum 6 years of hands-on PLC programming experience using:Ladder LogicStructured Text (ST)Function Block Diagram (FBD)Minimum 6 years of experience in configuring and commissioning:Servo DrivesVariable Frequency Drives (VFDs)InvertersStrong experience in Motion Control Programming for servo-driven applications.Experience in Robotics Programming within PLC environments (Drive Groups & Multi-Axis systems).Experience in machine automation and turnkey project commissioning.Hands-on experience with Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT).Strong knowledge of Fieldbus technologies such as:Ethernet/IPPROFINETEtherCATEthernet PowerLINKCANPROFIBUSControlNETDeviceNETExperience configuring PLC Backplane I/O and Remote I/O over Fieldbus networks.Good communication and teamwork skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn.Preferred Skills Electrical wiring design for control panels.Manual testing experience.Experience working in Agile environments.Candidate Requirements Experience: 610 YearsQualification:B.E./B.Tech Electrical, Instrumentation, Electronics, MechatronicsM.Sc.
