Founding Engineer Full Stack Shava Studios | Remote India About the Role Shava Studios is hiring a Founding Engineer to build and scale AI-native software products from the ground up. Youll work across the full stackfrontend, backend, AI integrations, and real-time systemswhile playing a key role in shaping our architecture and engineering culture. We value demonstrated ability, strong fundamentals, and ownership over years of experience. What Youll Do Build and ship full-stack features end-to-end.Design scalable APIs, backend services, and data models.Build and integrate LLM and AI-agent capabilities.Develop reliable real-time and asynchronous systems.Own third-party integrations, authentication, security, and performance.Maintain high standards for testing, code quality, and system reliability.Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction.Mentor engineers and help raise the engineering bar as the team grows.What Were Looking For Strong experience building production-grade full-stack applications.Hands-on experience with React/Next.js, TypeScript, and Python/FastAPI or similar technologies.Strong understanding of system design, APIs, databases, and scalable backend systems.Experience with or strong interest in LLMs, GenAI, and AI-agent systems.Familiarity with real-time or asynchronous systems such as WebSockets, Redis, Celery, or RabbitMQ is a plus.Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently take features from idea to production.Good technical communication and problem-solving skills.Why Join Youll join at an early stage with significant influence over the product, architecture, and engineering culture.
