About the role
As a Full Stack & Automation Engineer at Nova Orbit, you will play a crucial role in building scalable systems, automating internal workflows, and enhancing the backend infrastructure of a rapidly growing finance and investment ecosystem focusing on unlisted markets and institutional operations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and oversee full stack applications for internal tools, dashboards, and business operations - Design a scalable backend architecture emphasizing strong system design, APIs, databases, and security practices - Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure - Automate repetitive tasks across various departments such as operations, CRM, finance, reporting, and customer workflows - Create workflow automation systems, integrations, bots, and process pipelines - Enhance efficiency by leveraging technology to minimize manual processes Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in full stack development encompassing Frontend and Backend technologies - Expertise in deep backend architecture and system design - Experience in AWS / Azure cloud deployment and infrastructure management - Strong skills in Python, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL - Knowledge of API development, microservices, and database optimization - Familiarity with automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Make, Power Automate, Selenium, or custom scripting - Understanding of workflow design, process mapping, task automation, and RPA concepts - Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Preferred Skills: - Background in FinTech / BFSI with expertise in payments, investment platforms, compliance, and CRM automation - Experience in internal business process automation across multiple departments Join Nova Orbit if you are a systems-driven builder proficient in software engineering, backend scalability, cloud technologies, and workflow automation to optimize company-wide operations.
