Product / Design Systems Designer (Remote India) Company: Epoch Media Group (New York, USA) Work Mode: Fully Remote Team: Product & Engineering About the Role Epoch Media Group is looking for a Product / Design Systems Designer to own and scale our Web + App Design System. This is a critical role focused on building and maintaining a single source of truth for design and development. Youll work closely with Product Designers and Engineers to create scalable, production-ready components that ship faster and stay consistent across platforms. What Youll Do Own and maintain the Design System across Web and App platforms Build and evolve reusable components, patterns, and foundations Partner closely with Engineering to ensure Figma components map cleanly to code Define explicit component standards: props, variants, states, naming conventions Document usage guidelines, best practices, and implementation notes Audit existing components and improve system consistency Support rollout, adoption, and governance of the Design System across teams Collaborate with Product Designers to ensure consistent implementation Support QA and help resolve design-system-related implementation issues What Were Looking For 4+ years of experience in Product / UX Design Hands-on experience owning or maintaining a Design System Solid expertise in Figma (components, variables, libraries) Proven experience collaborating directly with Engineers Comfortable working with complex, component-based systems Explicit communicator with a practical, structured approach Nice to Have Experience working on both Web and Mobile design systems Familiarity with Storybook or similar design-system tooling Exposure to design-to-code workflows and system documentation What Success Looks Like The Design System is secure, well-documented, and actively used Com .
