Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer

As a Senior AI Security & Governance Engineer, you will be responsible for embedding responsible AI controls directly into runtime systems. Your role will focus on strong technical depth and risk judgment rather than policy documentation, with a key emphasis on protecting the enterprise while fostering innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement prompt filtering, output validation, and misuse protection mechanisms - Enforce AI governance through code and automation - Build audit, traceability, and control mechanisms for AI systems - Define safety patterns to be used across all AI agents - Advise on AI risk scenarios and failure modes Qualifications Required: - 58 years of engineering experience - Strong proficiency in Python and scripting - Experience with security or governance-related systems - Familiarity with policy-as-code or rule engines - Strong understanding of AI risks such as hallucinations, prompt injection, and data leakage - Enterprise compliance mindset Additional Company Details: The company values expertise in Saviynt, ServiceNow, IAM, and approval workflows, as well as experience with responsible AI or model risk frameworks.
