ERP Analyst III

As an IT ERP Product Analyst III at Regal, you will be responsible for designing and delivering solutions to meet the supply chain business requirements. Your role will involve possessing comprehensive techno-functional competencies in Oracle EBS modules such as Supply Chain, INV, BOM, WIP, Costing, and PO, along with working knowledge of ASCP, Demantra, and IO modules of Oracle VCP. Your key responsibilities will include: - Delivering on-time and high-quality solutions for complex projects and kaizen events - Conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of problems - Monitoring and improving system performance and reliability continuously - Coaching team members as necessary - Gathering and analyzing requirements and designing enhancements for existing Oracle EBS Supply Chain VCP modules - Maintaining technical documentation and assisting in defining and reviewing standards - Liaising and coordinating with stakeholders, including offshore team members In this role, you will be expected to: - Gather and analyze business requirements - Design, develop, test, and implement technical solutions for supply chain, manufacturing, and planning areas - Document system specifications and support testing activities - Coordinate with onsite and offshore team members to ensure timely delivery of solutions within budget - Ensure compliance with release management and change management processes - Design, develop, test, and deploy Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions - Automate and maintain integration of Oracle EBS VCP modules with other systems - Analyze and plan Oracle EBS VCP upgrades - Provide production support and continuously improve system performance and reliability Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience - 10 years of experience in building and supporting solutions based on Oracle EBS Supply Chain VCP R12 - Technical skills in Oracle E-Business Suite, SQL, PL SQL, and other related technologies - Awareness or certification in Lean Six Sigma or APICS preferred - Knowledge of Oracle AIM Application Implementation Methodology - Professional certifications in Supply Chain industry or Oracle E-Business Suite R12 strongly desired About Regal Rexnord: Regal Rexnord is a global industrial manufacturer that provides sustainable solutions for powering, transmitting, and controlling motion.
