Site Engineer

Site Engineer Education Qualification: B.Tech. in Civil Engineering/Diploma Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar domain Location - Lucknow Job Responsibilities: 1. Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of tasks. 2. Understand client requirements and act as a liaison between the client and internal departments. 3. Conduct site visits to evaluate client needs, take accurate measurements, and assess conditions. 4. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, and explain them clearly to contractors, vendors, and team members. 5. Provide leadership and direction on-site to ensure timely and quality work delivery. 6. Set project goals, manage timelines, and ensure successful completion of assigned tasks. 7. Address and resolve implementation-related queries raised by clients during the project. 8. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project lifecycle. 9. Coordinate closely with the design team from concept through final execution. 10. Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining professionalism and client satisfaction. 11. Exhibit a pleasant personality and a proactive, team-oriented work attitude. Key Requirements : 1. Must possess excellent communication and coordination skills. 2. Strong understanding of construction practices and project execution. 3. Self-motivated, reliable, and able to handle site responsibilities independently. 4. Ability to manage multiple sites or projects simultaneously. NOTE- * Week off on Wednesday * Must own a personal vehicle for daily site commuting.
