Lead Front-end Engineer

Role Overview: You will be joining Rejolut, a fast-growing tech company specializing in Blockchain, ML & AI, complex mobile & web apps, and IoT. As a Front-End Engineer, you will be responsible for developing highly scalable and secure code. Your role will involve taking extreme ownership of modules, handling client feedback, building pixel-perfect UIs, maintaining product roadmap, managing a team of front-end engineers, and collaborating with designers and backend engineers to optimize web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Take Extreme Ownership of modules, products, and projects - Communicate with clients and customers to gather feedback - Develop pixel-perfect UIs for mobile platforms - Maintain product roadmap, release schedules, and architectural standards - Manage, mentor, and coach a team of 6-9 front-end engineers - Build fast and efficient web applications - Implement new features and optimize existing ones - Collaborate with Designers and Backend Engineers - Address performance issues and follow front-end best practices - Mentor new joiners with the latest frameworks like Svelte and Vue Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of software development experience with a focus on front-end - Previous experience managing a team of at least 3 engineers - Familiarity with server-side MVC web frameworks - Solid understanding of JavaScript, libraries, and tooling - Excellent knowledge of Angular and React - Strong grasp of HTML, CSS, and related web technologies - Strong Computer Science fundamentals - Awareness of cross-browser compatibility and performance considerations - Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities - Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases and SQL - Strong problem-solving skills Additional Company Details (if any): Rejolut offers a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating work environment with opportunities for steep learning and growth.
