MIS Analyst (Data Analyst)

As a Data Analyst in our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data to support decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Mining, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets using advanced analytical techniques to identify trends and patterns. - Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualization tools to track key performance indicators. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven insights. - Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis. - Communicating complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - 8 to 16 years of experience in MIS or data analysis roles. - Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel. - Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau or Power BI. - Solid understanding of database management systems and data warehousing concepts. - Practical experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate findings effectively. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Additionally, preferred skills for this position may include: - Advanced degree such as a Master's or MBA. - Certifications in data analysis or business intelligence tools.
