We work closely with our customers and partners to ensure a seamless implementation of our robots tailored to the specific needs of each client. ________________________________________________________ About The role: The Field Technician (FT) is someone who is knowledgeable about computer hardware and provides our clients with top-notch customer service. The FT serves as Relay Robotics' response team in the field for hardware failures that may happen at client sites. FTs handle on-site diagnostics and service and are Relay's boots on the ground. FTs assist with field projects and new robot deployments. The FT is an essential role player in keeping our robots operating and our clients happy. Please note, this is not a remote position; the work is hands-on at customer sites. This is an entry-level role that can lead to opportunities in a variety of roles within our operations and technical teams.
