Should have done DC automation projects as part of his work Develop, implement, and maintain automation solutions for data center operations. Collaborate with IT and operations teams to identify automation opportunities. Hands on experience on VMWare and HyperV. Design and optimize workflows for monitoring, provisioning, and managing data center resources. Write and maintain scripts in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash to automate routine tasks. Use Infrastructure and software deployment using Terraform. Monitor performance and availability of data center systems and implement improvements. Conduct regular audits and performance assessments of automation processes. Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices in automation processes. Provide training and support to staff on automation tools and processes. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in data center automation technologies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in data center operations and automation (3+ years preferred). Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash. Knowledge of data center infrastructure components (servers, storage, networking). Familiarity with monitoring tools and practices (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Qualifications Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Cisco CCNA). Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
