About the role
As a Playwright/Selenium Test Automation Lead, you will bring your 8-14 years of IT industry experience in Selenium, Playwright, and Python to the team. Your technical expertise includes 6-8 years of experience in Automation Framework design and development using Selenium, along with 1-2 years of experience in migration from Selenium to Playwright. Additionally, you have 3 years of experience with Python scripting and test data generation, 2-3 years of experience in Playwright, and have worked with AI components of Playwright. Your background also includes 3-4 years of experience in UI test automation (blackbox test), knowledge of Product Quality and Quality metrics, as well as a good understanding of UI testing load and performance testing. Awareness of Security testing is also an essential part of your skill set. Your excellent communication skills will be crucial in effectively collaborating with the team and stakeholders.
