About the role

Roles Responsibilities:
Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow modules including ITSM , HRSD , ITAM , and ITOM .
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
Develop and customize applications, workflows, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts.
Integrate ServiceNow with thirdparty systems using REST, SOAP APIs, and MID servers .
Configure and maintain CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, Orchestration, and Automation workflows.
Develop custom ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API , and platform best practices.
Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Implement Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset, and Configuration Management workflows.
Configure HRSD to improve employee service experiences.
Build ITOM capabilities such as Event Management, Discovery, Service Mapping, and AIOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across ServiceNow modules.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years handson ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM modules.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations , and ServiceNow configurations.
Experience with CMDB, Discovery, Service Catalog, and Orchestration
