About the role
Role & responsibilities: Managing production application support. To understand the business process and provide consultation services. Provide Business analyst perspective to the recurring incidents and help in RCA of the problems. Driving timely resolution of customer issues within the expected SLA. Preparing and maintaining KEDB for all the known issues. Coordination with Product team / Development team for the next level support, bug-fixes and deliveries. Experience : Total Experience: 1-2 Years Relevant Experience : Upto 1 Year in any SAP FNR Primary Skills: Strong working knowledge on SAP FNR module is must. Knowledge relateSAP Forecasting & Replenishment architecture Good hands-on Demand forecasting, Replenishment planning, order proposal generation, Safety stock calculation etc. Exception management and alert monitoring Knowledge of production support, client interaction and issue resolution. Good communications skills Ability to articulate clearly in English. Willing to work in shifts. Good Analytical, Problem-Solving Skills and Interpersonal Skills.
