QA Lead Banking & KYC (Pega | Manual Testing | API Testing | Python) Experience: 8+ Years Industry: Banking & Financial Services Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are looking for an experienced QA Lead with a strong background in Banking and KYC to lead quality assurance activities for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in manual functional testing, a solid understanding of test automation frameworks, and hands-on experience with API testing, Python scripting, JIRA, and test management tools. This role requires a proactive leader who can define testing strategies, manage defect lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities Define and own the overall test strategy for project delivery.Create and maintain Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and detailed Test Cases.Execute manual functional, integration, and regression testing.Validate business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.Perform API testing for REST services, including request/response validation.Track, prioritize, and manage defects using JIRA.Work with JTMF or similar test management tools.Lead defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolution.Monitor test execution progress and provide regular status reports.Identify project risks, dependencies, and quality concerns.Collaborate with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders.Mentor junior QA engineers and promote QA best practices.Ensure compliance with banking, KYC, and regulatory quality standards.Required Skills 8+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.Strong experience in Banking and KYC domain.Experience testing enterprise banking applications.Hands-on expertise in Manual Functional Testing.Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).Knowledge of automation framework architecture and execution flow.Hands-on experience with JIRA.Experience using JTMF or similar test management tools.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Pega application testing experience. .
