Oracle HCM Technical-Consultant

The Role- We are looking for experienced and passionate Oracle HCM Technical Consultants to join our growing enterprise solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions for enterprise clients. What you need for this role- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 5 10 years overall experience with 3+ years of relevant Oracle HCM Technical experience. Technical Skills Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Technical . Expertise in Fast Formula, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BI Publisher Reports . Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations. Hands-on experience in SQL and PL/SQL . Experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is preferred. Good understanding of Oracle HCM data models . Experience with data migration and inbound/outbound integrations . Knowledge of security roles and data access . Familiarity with Git/version control systems . Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Preferred Skills Exposure to Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules . Experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) . Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. What you will be doing- Develop and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud technical components. Create and manage HDL/HSDL data loads . Design and develop BI Publisher Reports and OTBI dashboards . Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and OIC. Develop Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in HCM applications. Ensure performance optimisation and data security compliance. Prepare technical documentation and support deployment activities. Participate in testing, debugging, and enhancement activities.
