About the role
Job Descriptions - Analytics & Business Intelligence Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3+years of experience in data analysis. We are looking for a Data Analyst to manage, clean, and analyze data, transforming it into meaningful insights for business decision-making. The role requires solid skills in Excel, SQL, and Python, with exposure to Power BI / Microsoft Fabric and Business Central ERP preferred. You will work closely with cross-functional and global teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely insights. Technical skills in Advanced Excel lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and data validation. SQL proficient with joins, aggregations, subqueries and Python basic to intermediate level (Pandas, NumPy) and Power BI / Microsoft Fabric dashboard building and reporting. Basic ERP knowledge; Business Central (BC) experience preferred. Data Management & Processing - Collect, clean, and standardize data from ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Ensure data accuracy by resolving duplicates, missing values, and inconsistencies. Maintain and update databases and trackers regularly. Analysis & Reporting Analyze data using SQL and Python to generate actionable insights. Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Microsoft Fabric. Automate recurring reports and handle ad-hoc analysis requests. ERP & Data Handling Work with Business Central ERP to extract and manage data. Ensure consistency between ERP and reporting systems. Support data validation and reconciliation activities. Collaboration & Governance Coordinate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver timely insights. Present findings and insights clearly to stakeholders at various levels. Maintain documentation, SOPs, and ensure data compliance standards. Preferably immediate joiner.
